% 22.01.2019 Learned counsel for the judgment debtor states that the judgment and order dated 5th January, 2018 passed by this Court as well as orders passed by the Apex Court on 13th April, 2018 and 7th December, 2018 shall be complied with in letter and spirit. He further states that all the payments have been made till date.

The statement made by learned counsel for judgement debtor is accepted by this Court and the judgment debtor is held bound by the same. Consequently, present execution petition is disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to seek revival of the petition in the event there is any disobedience/non-compliance of the aforesaid orders and decree.
