% 04.02.2020 This petition prays for a direction to the respondent to take all necessary steps for release of the compensation amount in favour of the next of kin of Mr. Syed Shakil Ahmed Shahid who died in Singapore. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that as per information received through the concerned Authority in Singapore, the death compensation would be paid to the deceased mother and wife in equal proportion.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
