By this petition the petitioner seeks extension of parole granted to the petitioner by Government of NCT of Delhi vide communication dated 18th January, 2018 on the ground that his daughter is seriously unwell and hospitalised.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for State has handed over the nominal roll to this Court.

Noting that parole granted to the petitioner vide communication dated 18th January, 2018 has been further extended for a period of four weeks vide order dated 16th April, 2018, thus the surrender date of the petitioner is now 15th May, 2018, parole having been extended by the Government of NCT of Delhi, present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
