The Court has perused the order of the Child Welfare Committee ('CWC') dated 12th April 2018 whereby the custody of the girl Ms.Sapna has been given to her maternal grandmother Ms.Dayawati i.e. Petitioner No.1. In that view of the matter no further directions are called for. The petition is dismissed.

2. Any other grievances that the Petitioners may have can be agitated in other proceedings in accordance with law.
