This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Set aside the order dated 28-03-2018 passed by HON'BLE SH. MANOJ JAIN SPECIAL JUDGE (PC ACT) (CBI)-04/ADDL. SESSIONS JUDGE CENTRAL DISTRICT, TIS HAZARI COURTS: DELHI CNR No. DLCTOl-0023373-2018, IN CRIMINAL REVISION NO. 120/2018 against the summoning order by the trial court of Ms..Amrita Tonk, MM NI Act (Central) Tis Hazari in complaint case No. 7172/17 titled as M/s Vishvas International & Anr. Vs. M/s Naunidh Aircon & Anr. In which the Hon'ble Court allow the revision petition & complaint case of the appellant U/S 138,141,142 OF THE NIA ACT,1881 stand dismissed in the interest of justice, b) Or pass any other order/s as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in fact and circumstances of the case."
