Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner seeks a compliance of order dated 19.11.2012 passed by the Central Information Commission (CIC) directing the respondent to furnish a copy of the Agreement between the Bank and the vendor. It is submitted that copy of the said Agreement was duly furnished to the petitioner, however, the commercial terms in the said Agreement were not provided as the petitioner is not a party to the Agreement and the commercial information was exempt under the Right to Information Act, 2005. He submits that the petition has become infructuous.
Since none appears for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in default.
