The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated 17th February, 2017 whereby his application seeking leave to defend in a summary suit was allowed by the learned Trial Court subject to furnishing bank guarantee to the tune of ₹15 lacs. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall comply with the order dated 17th February, 2017 passed by the learned Trial Court and he is limiting the prayer to the extent that time may be extended by eight weeks to furnish the bank guarantee. 3.

The petitioner is granted eight weeks time from the date of this order to comply with the order dated 17th February, 2017 passed by the learned Trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
