Mr. Deepanshu Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, with liberty to move the Sessions Court after examination of the public witnesses. However, he seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 2.

I am informed that the injured victim is being examined at the moment, and the next date is 17.04.2026.

Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in the expeditious examination of the public witnesses.

The petitioner is at liberty to move the Sessions Court for expeditious hearing, which the Sessions Court may consider in accordance with its Board and age of the matters pending before it. 5.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
