Crl.M.A. 13887/2016 (releasing of FDR) By this application the pairokar of the petitioner Ms. Manisha, who is the wife of the petitioner seeks release of the surety furnished by her before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) in the form of a FDR for a sum of `25,000/-. The said surety was accepted by the learned Joint Registrar on 30th June, 2016.

As the petitioner has surrendered before the Superintendent Tihar Jail report in which regard has already been received, the Joint Registrar (Judicial) is directed to release the FDR for a sum of `25,000/- accepted vide order dated 30th June, 2016.
