Applicant herein seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No. 800515054/2025 dated 26.05.2025, registered at P.S. Karol Bagh, Delhi. 2.

The accused has already been charged for commission of offences under Section 316(2), and in alternate under Section 317(2) BNS. 3.

The charges were framed on 04.10.2025, and accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.

The complainant i.e. Tapan Kumar Jana has already been examined-in-chief.

The applicant was arrested on 27.05.2025 and is in custody since then. He has reportedly no previous involvement in any other case. 6.

reveal any previous involvement of the applicant. 7.

Learned counsel for complainant i.e. respondent No.2 is also present in Court and during course of the arguments, he, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submitted that he would have no objection if the relief is granted to the applicant, albeit, subject to stringent conditions. 8.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that there would not be any delay in disposal of the matter from the side of petitioner and he would appear on all subsequent dates in the abovesaid criminal case, and would not leave NCR without prior permission of the Court.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion over the merits of the case, applicant is admitted on bail on his furnishing personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/ Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Duty Judicial Magistrate First Class. The applicant shall not leave NCR without prior permission of the learned Trial Court and would not try to contact the complainant, in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, till disposal of the case. In case of any infraction or violation of the abovesaid condition, the complainant/ State would be at liberty to file appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail.
