By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 18.10.2025 (impugned order) passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) in HMA No.2147/2023, whereby, in view of the earlier order passed by the learned Domestic Violence Court denying interim maintenance to the petitioner, second challenge whereto is pending before this Court, the petitioner's application for maintenance under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been kept in abeyance,. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law before the learned Family Court. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
