The present case has been taken up on mentioning by petitioner no. 1. 2.

Petitioner no. 1, present in person, states that vide order dated 23.12.2025, this Court had directed all the petitioners to deposit a part of costs i.e. Rs.50,000/- with Central Victim Compensation Fund (CVCF), Ministry of Home Affairs within a period of two weeks. He further submits that there are no account details available for the said fund. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, it is accordingly directed that paragraph 8 of the order dated 23.12.2025, shall now read as under: "Accordingly, FIR bearing no. 348/2007, registered at Police Station Naraina, South West District, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/468/471/120-B of IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to the costs of Rs.1,50,000/- to the deposited jointly by all the petitioners, in the following funds, within a period of two weeks from date.
