% 02.05.2016 Counsels for the parties submit that the suit number CS (OS) 912/2012 has been disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2016. The valuation of the suit is less than rupees 2 Crores and the suit is liable to be transferred to the District Courts. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 20th July, 2016 for further directions.
