By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his wife is in advance stage of pregnancy and thus he has to look after her. On a notice being issued, the status report has been filed. As per the status report, the wife of the petitioner has delivered a baby on 14th April, 2018. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has been awarded sentence of imprisonment for a period of one year for offence punishable under Section 304-A IPC out of which he has under gone three months' imprisonment including the remissions.

Considering the verification report, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of 2 weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond in like amount subject to the W.P.(CRL) 1128/2018
satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM concerned. 3.
Petition is disposed of.
