% 18.01.2016 Instead of counter affidavit respondent no.1 has filed status report. It is submitted that review petition filed by the petitioner is still pending. It has been categorically stated in para 8 of the status report that possession proceedings have been withheld till the decision by the Court of SDM/RA (Saket) on review petition. Respondent no.1 shall remain bound by its status report. In view of this specific statement that possession proceedings have been withheld till decision on the review petition, petitioner has not pressed this writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
