The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents not to interfere in the madarsa in Tikona Kabristan, Aamir Khusro Park, Hazrat Nizammudin, Delhi 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 present in Court on receipt of advance copy submits that Delhi Development Authority is taking action for removal of unauthorized encroachments and illegal construction inside and around the Aamir Khusro Park in terms of the directions given by the Division Bench in PIL bearing W.P.(C) 7955/2015. Reference is made to the order dated 24th February, 2016 passed by the Division Bench in the above matter. Copy of the order dated 24th February, 2016 has been handed

over and taken on record. Copy of the said order is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 7955/2015. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
