% 29.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove petitioner's name from the official website declaring the petitioner as blacklisted company under two separate heads.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confines her prayer for uploading of two High Court orders disposing of the writ petitions filed by the petitioner challenging the debarment orders dated 10th December, 2014 and 7th July, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent-NHAI has no objection to the same. Consequently, with consent of the parties, it is directed that the order dated 27th May, 2015 and 30th September, 2015 disposing of W.P.(C) Nos.5489/2015 and 7053/2015 respectively shall be annexed/attached to the abovementioned two debarment/blacklisting orders.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition and the applications are disposed of.
