% 01.04.2016 The present appeal is directed against common order of the learned Single Judge dated 08.01.2015 in W.P.(C) No. 21337/2014 and connected cases (M/s. Jharna Banerjee vs. Union of India etc). This Court has by its detailed judgment on 17.02.2016 in LPA No. 855/2015 and other connected appeals (Government of NCT of Delhi vs. Jharna Banerjee and Others) dismissed the appeal of the Government of NCT of Delhi. Since the judgment impugned in this case is the same as was impugned in LPA No. 855/2015, consequently, the judgment in LPA No. 855/2015 dated 17.02.2016 would govern the parties. The appeal is dismissed in terms of said judgment in LPA No. 855/2015.
