Pursuant to the last order, Mr.Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 & 4, hands over a copy of the letter dated 19.05.2018 addressed by the Chief/Senior Records Officer of the Records Signals to the petitioner, advising her to forward certain documents mentioned therein for enabling the department to take requisite action, after ascertaining their authenticity/validity. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner has furnished the relevant documents on 02.08.2018 and on the same being found to be in order, a Pension Payment Order (PPO) No.FNACORR000832018 dated 17.07.2018, has been issued. WP (C) No.4164/2018 Page No.1 of 2

We are informed that the entire procedure will be over within four weeks from today.

While binding the respondents to the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of. If the petitioner has a grievance with regard to non-compliance of the aforesaid order, she shall be entitled to file an appropriate application in this petition.
