Even AIIFR was not functioning.

petitioner is scheduled to be heard before BIFR on August 02, 2016, as per information given by Mr.Manish Mohan, learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition as infructuous extending the interim stay granted on April 01, 2016 till M.A.No.63/2016 is taken up by BIFR.
