The above-mentioned three applications arise out of same FIR i.e. FIR No. 157/2013 for the offence of cheating, forgery etc.
registered at Police Station Janakpuri, Delhi, therefore, the same are being disposed of by this common order. The case of complainant in this FIR is that her signatures have been forged on the documents in question. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-States informs that FSL report does not connect petitioners with the offence in question so far as forgery is concerned.
Without commenting upon merits of this case, interim order of 22"'^ July, 2013 is made absolute. In the event of arrest,petitionersPritam Singh, Neeraj Tyagi & Adesh Kumar Tyagi be admitted to bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of ^25,000/- each r with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer concerned.
The petitions and pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
