On 04.04.2024, adjournment was sought on behalf of Plaintiff for filing an application within two weeks for substituting the Authorized Representative (AR) of PW1. Order sheets indicate that no steps were taken thereafter by the learned counsel for the Plaintiff. In fact, on 29.10.2024, there was no appearance on behalf of Plaintiff. The same position continued on 17.01.2025, 18.03.2025 and 24.07.2025.

On 24.07.2025, learned Joint Registrar noted that no application for substitution of AR of Plaintiff had been filed in terms of the order dated 13.08.2024 and no one has been appearing on behalf of Plaintiff and thus, the matter was listed before the Court for further directions. Even today, there is no presence on behalf of Plaintiff. of the previous order for substitution of AR of Plaintiff. 3.

It appears that Plaintiff is no longer interested in prosecuting the suit. 4.
