% 08.07.2016 Case file taken up today pursuant to Notification No.1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 06.07.2016, as 7th July, 2016 was declared as holiday on account of Id-ul-Fitr. The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 30.05.2016 by Ld. District and Sessions Judge (East) KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the present matter falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District.

Vide order dated 22.01.2016, the matter was transferred to East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi for 30.05.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 22.01.2016 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified. Since it is revealed that the jurisdiction falls in Shahdara District, therefore the matter stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi.
