% 29.04.2016 CONT.CAS(C) 373/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the body of the deceased late Mohd. Afsar is being despatched today from Riyadh by flight No.EY-318 to Abu Dhabi and from there by flight No.EY-218 to Delhi and is scheduled to reach Delhi on 30th April, 2016 at 03.40 hrs. The order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 12146/2015 is implemented and therefore, the contempt petition is disposed of.

CM 13129/2016, 15541/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these applications with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
