As per the settlement agreement dated 12th February 2025, arrived at between the parties, compliances have been duly accomplished by the parties. The demand drafts agreed to in the settlement have been handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.

Accordingly, the parties are aggregable that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement.
