W.P.(C) 2916/2016 & CM No.12199/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- (a) To issue the writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside/modify/reverse/vary the impugned judgment/order dated 23.09.2015 passed by Delhi School Tribunal in Appeal No.71/2013 titled as 'Sangeeta Vohra versus Sant Nirankari Public School and Others'; (b)Declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 of declaring the petitioner as surplus as null and void;

(c) Quash the impugned letter dated 06.08.2013 issued by respondent No.2;

(d)Direct respondent No.1 & 2 to take petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits including full back wages.

Ms.Suman Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
