% 29.03.2016 The present petition seeks a direction to the competent authority to release the petitioner on parole on the ground of the medical condition of the petitioner's wife.
Notice.
Mr Mahajan, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), accepts notice and states that the representation filed by the petitioner seeking parole which is pending determination before the competent authority shall be disposed of in accordance with law under intimation to the petitioner within a period of seven working days from today.
Directed accordingly.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this court afresh in the event he is aggrieved by the determination made by the competent authority on his representation for parole.
