For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the hearing of the main bail application is preponed to today. Application stands disposed of.

Bail Appl. No.710/2016 In view of the order passed in Crl. M.A.No.9901/2016, the

present bail application is taken up for hearing today. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main petition with liberty to file the a fresh application for seeking bail before the Trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file the same before the Trial Court.

The date of 19th July 2016 as fixed in the main petition is hereby cancelled.
