The present revision petition is directed against the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-01, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, whereby the application filed by the petitioner [plaintiff in Civil Suit No. 58678/2016] under Order XII Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

Mr. Tarun Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of certain subsequent developments, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present revision petition, and seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. He further submits that the rate of rent of the suit property, namely, Shop bearing Nos. 38-39, Plot No. 1, 205-C, Bengali Market, has again been enhanced in accordance with law, as a consequence of which fresh notices have been issued by the petitioner. 3.
