The present revision petition is directed against the order dated 06.11.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, whereby the applications filed by the petitioner [defendant in Civil Suit No. 482/2023] under Order XXXVII Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"] and Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, were dismissed.

Mr. Akhil Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition in view of the proviso to Section 115(1) of CPC, with liberty to avail such alternative remedies, as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.

In view thereof, the present revision petition, alongwith all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
