After some hearing, Mr. Deepak Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petitions. without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner [defendant in Suit Nos. 553/2028 and 554/2018] pending before the Trial Court.

Mr. Tyagi also seeks waiver of the punitive costs of Rs. 20,000/- imposed upon the petitioner by the Trial Court in its order dated 12.09.2025, dismissing the review petition. The petitioner may approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief in this regard.
