By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of two months on the ground of marriage of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since date of marriage of the appellant had already lapsed, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file another petition when next date of marriage will be fixed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
