However, the time of thirty days, as directed under Clause (i) of Paragraph 32 of impugned order dated 27th November 2025, for depositing the admitted arrears of rent/user charges, is extended by three weeks from today.

We further make it clear that while exercising powers under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 rightly so, the District Judge has clarified that the observations in the impugned order cannot be construed as an expression on the merit of the dispute. 4.
Petitions stand disposed of with above directions. Pending applications are rendered infructuous.
