Crl.M.C.No.1234/2016 & Crl.M.A.No.5311/2016 The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law before proceeding further with the matter.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that no direction is required to be passed to the Trial Court dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner as the

Trial Court has to conduct its business as per the board. With the observations, the petition is dismissed. However, needless to say that the Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the proceedings pending before it. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 30, 2016/dm
