Through the present Appeal, the Appellant seeks modification of the order dated 11.12.2025 [hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order'] passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West, Dwarka, New Delhi in Misc. Case No.30/19 captioned Anurag Kakkar v. Aradhana Tripathi. 2.

By way of the Impugned Order, the Appellant has been granted visitation right to meet the child w.e.f. 25.12.2025 to 01.01.2026 between 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. in the Children Room, Family Court Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The Appellant prays for overnight custody of the child during winter vacations, which are commencing from 25.12.2025.

This Appeal has been listed today, i.e. 22.12.2025 and the Court's last working day of this year is the day after tomorrow, i.e. on 24.12.2025.
