The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant assailing the correctness of the order dated 12.11.2025 [hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order'] passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Court, West District, Delhi in G.P. No.78/2022 captioned Ravinder Singh v. Nitisha Kataria.

By way of the Impugned Order, the Family Court has dismissed the Appellant's application seeking direction for education and welfare of the child. In substance, the Appellant wants that his son, who is 07 years old should be admitted in G D Goenka World School, Sohna, Haryana [hereinafter referred to as 'School']. 3.

A similar request of the Appellant was rejected vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed by the Family Court. The Respondent along with her child are residing at her parents' house situated in Dwarka, New Delhi, whereas, the School is located in Sohna, Haryana at an approximate distance of 50 kms and the child is of quite a young age. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no ground to interfere.
