% 05.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia seeking directions to respondent No.2 to enforce the provision of Delhi School Education Act 1973.

The petitioner has also prayed that directions be given to respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made representations dated 25.03.2015 and 17.04.2015 which are still pending with the respondents.

Mr.Pramod Gupta, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 on advance notice submits that representations dated 25.03.2015 and 17.04.2015 shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today.

Mr.Kamlesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid and submits that the petition may be disposed of.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the petition with the direction that the respondent shall decide the representations of petitioner dated 25.03.2015 and 17.04.2015 within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order and the decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
