This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Pass an order restraining the Respondent, its officers, servants, and agents from giving effect to or acting upon impugned letter No. F-5(11)/SE/NH/BKN/2025-26/Ar.NGR/D1098 dated 16.12.2025. (b) Direct that the impugned letter shall not disqualify the Petitioner from bidding and being consider for tenders with the Respondent and other agencies."

Since an Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted vide order dated 23.12.2025 in ARB.P. 1854/2025, with the consent of the parties, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act and shall decided by the Arbitral Tribunal expeditiously in accordance with law.
