O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 59/2018 Issue notice to the respondents. Notice is accepted by Mr.Hemant Kumar, Advocate on behalf of the respondents. This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making the Arbitral Award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the prayer is granted.
Having perused the contents of the petition, and also considering the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the time for making of the Arbitral Award is extended for a further period of three
months with effect from 05.04.2018.
The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
