In deference to the earlier observations, it is pointed out that the case of the petitioner was discussed by Export Promotion Capital Goods ('EPCG') Committee and the said Committee after deliberation found that no policy relaxation is required from the EPCG Committee. 2.
The EPCG Committee, however, decided to refer the case to Chief Licensing Authority ('CLA') to take decision on the application of the petitioner after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. 3.
In pursuance thereto, the Office of the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade (Central Licensing Area) directed the petitioner to appear for personal hearing on 06.04.2026 before the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade ('Joint DGFT').
