petitioner realizes that there arises disputed questions of facts in the present petition, which the Court, in exercise of powers conferred by Article 226 of the Constitution, cannot delve into. He, therefore, would have to take up an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the instant petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
