The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or some other suitable Writ in the fact and circumstances of the matter thereby directing the respondent No.1 and 2 and their subordinate concerned officials to demolish the entire unauthorized construction raised in property No.
8, Gali Neelawali, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-I I 0006, in the interest of natural justice;
ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or some other suitable Writ in the fact and circumstances of the matter thereby directing the respondents No.3 to stop and disconnect the illegal and unlawful water connections provided by respondent No. 4 to the residents of First floor to Third Floor (two flats on each floor) situated in property bearing No. 1958, Gali Neelawali, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110006 directly connected from pipeline of Delhi Jal Board, in the interest of natural justice; iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or some other suitable Writ in the fact W.P.(C) 19544/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and circumstances of the matter thereby directing the respondents No.3 to initiate appropriate against respondent No. 4 for doing illegal boring and fetching ground water without any sanction and permission and in the interest of natural justice."

Insofar as the relief of unauthorized construction is concerned, counsel appearing on behalf of MCD submits that the subject property has been booked, a Show Cause Notice dated 22nd December, 2025 has already been issued and a hearing has been fixed on 12th January, 2026. 3.
The Show Cause Notice dated 22nd December, 2025 is handed over in Court and is taken on record.

Needless to say, MCD shall take action in accordance with law. 5.
Insofar as reliefs claimed in prayer clauses (ii) and (iii) are concerned, it is directed that the decision taken by MCD with regard to the unauthorized construction in the subject property shall be duly communicated to Delhi Jal Board, which shall, based on the said decision, take action in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 7.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies as available in law against the respondent no.4.
