The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) for pronouncing its judgment in a time bound manner in OA No. 123/2024, stated to have been filed by the petitioner in January, 2024.

It is submitted that the said application continues to remain pending contrary to the object and statutory mandate under Section 14, 18(3), 19 and 20 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010, which requires early and effective disposal of the environmental disputes. 5.
