The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the fact that there has been a blockage of access to his property bearing no. D-10, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi - 110007, due to accumulation of malba/garbage/debris and waste material surrounding the collapsed heritage structure i.e. Mahaldar Khan Garden Gateway and the adjoining DDA land. 4.
The petitioner alleges that despite repeated representations to the concerned authorities, no remedial action has been taken. 5.

of with a direction that the concerned area shall be inspected by the officials of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 in the presence of the petitioner, and any remedial action as may be warranted for removal of the said malba/garbage/debris etc., shall be taken expeditiously. 6.
Let the inspection be conducted within a period of 2 weeks from today under intimation to the petitioner. Let the remedial action pursuant thereto, be taken immediately thereafter.
