These writ petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioners under 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to Respondent No. 2/Western Regional Committee ('WRC') to consider and decide the pending applications of the Petitioners for shifting their premises in a time bound manner.

Learned counsels for the Petitioners submit that Petitioner in W.P.(C) 19560/2025 had preferred an application for shifting the premises on W.P.(C) 19560/2025 and connected matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 08.05.2019 but the same is pending consideration till date. Similar grievance is made in W.P.(C) 19562/2025 with respect to application dated 02.12.2013.

Issue notice.

Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions, fairly submits that WRC shall decide the pending applications within two months from today since an inspection will be required to be conducted before the decision is taken. 5.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of directing WRC to decide the pending applications dated 08.05.2019 and 02.12.2013 within two months from today, in accordance with law. Needless to state, it will be open to WRC to conduct inspection of the new premises if so required. The decisions will be communicated to the Petitioners within one week from the date the decisions are taken and it will be open to the Petitioners to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any grievance.
