O R D E R

% 02.07.2018 Both parties have no objection if this Bench hears the matter. The present litigation relates to an advertising campaign carried out by the Defendant during the IPL Tournament held between 7th April, 2018 to 27th May, 2018. Interim orders were passed by this Court on 13th April, 2018 and 2nd May, 2018, which were subsequent modified by the Division Bench vide order dated 10th May, 2018 and thereafter by the Supreme Court on 18th May, 2018.

Mr. Mitra submits that the IPL Tournament has come to an end and the Plaintiff, therefore, does not wish to pursue the present suit. Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
