This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 to issue Transfer Certificate/release the Personal Education Number of the Petitioner from Respondent No. 1 School and update the details of the Petitioner on UDISE+ portal; and/or b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action against Respondent No.1 for deliberately violating the mandate of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009; and/or W.P.(C) 19573/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No. 3 to extend the deadline for updating the details of student on UDISE+ Portal and allow the details of Petitioner be allowed to be updated on the UDISE+ portal." 4.

Counsels, as above, accept notice on behalf of respective Respondents.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1/Greenway Modern School, on instructions, submits that the Transfer Certificate has already been prepared and he hands over the Transfer Certificate to learned counsel for the Petitioner during the course of hearing.

Insofar as other reliefs of the Petitioner are concerned, learned counsel for Respondent No. 1, on instructions, submits that Personal Education Number of the Petitioner has been released by Respondent No. 1/School and it is obligation of the new school to update the same on its portal.

In view of the stand of Respondent No. 1, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that grievances of the Petitioner stand redressed and on instructions does not press this writ petition. 9.
Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
