This petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ the impugned transfer order dated 05.12.2025 issued by Respondent No. 3 i.e. ISSUED BY THE DIRECTOR/IG (MEDICAL) CRPF R K PURAM NEW DELHI, as well as the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. consequential rejection communicated vide Signal dated 17.12.2025 ISSUED BY THE DIRECTOR/JG (MEDICAL) CRPF R K PURAM NEW DELHI and order dated 19.12.2025 issued by the IG (Medical) CH Jharoda kalan CRPF New Delhi.
(ii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other ap propriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing the Respondent No 2 i.e. DG CRPF to extend tenure of the petitioner till 31.03.2026 at Composite Hospital, New Delhi for completion of the academic session of the petitioner's Twin daughter and on Compassionate Ground."

Concedingly one of the prayers in the writ petition is that the tenure of the petitioner on the existing post at Composite Hospital be continued till 31.03.2026.

The Officer representing the respondents state that the said request of the petitioner has been acceded to and he shall continue on the post at Composite Hospital, New Delhi till 31.03.2026. 5.
In view of the submission made by the Officer for the respondents, nothing further survives in the writ petition and we close the same. V.
