This is a petition seeking payment of interest on the refund amount of Rs. 6,47,538 /-. According to the Petitioner, they are entitled to interest of Rs. 2,71,966/- for the first quarter of 2017-18. The refund amount is stated to have already been paid.

In view thereof, let the order on the interest be passed and the applicable interest credited to the Petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two months.
