% 04.04.2016 Present writ petitions have been filed challenging the letter dated 13th June, 2014 issued by respondent No.1 disapproving the scheme for starting seats in super speciality courses for M.Ch.(Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery) and DM (Cardiology) for the academic session 2014-2015. Since the last date for admission in the said courses was 30th September, 2014, this Court is of the view that no relief can be granted in the present writ petitions.
Consequently, present writ petitions and application are dismissed as infructuous. However, it is clarified that disposal of the present writ petitions will not come in the way of disposal of any other applications filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
